Premix Technologies builds industrial agitators for process plants across India, where getting the mix wrong is not an option. We manufacture, supply, and export agitators from our Ahmedabad facility – each one engineered around your tank size, fluid type, and process conditions, not copied from a catalogue.
An industrial agitator is a mechanical device fitted inside a process vessel to keep liquids, slurries, or suspended solids moving in a controlled way. Plants running chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, wastewater treatment, food production, and mining all rely on industrial mixers and agitators to keep their processes stable and their output consistent.
At Premix Technologies, every industrial agitator we size and build starts with the same question: What is actually happening inside that tank?
Stops components from separating mid-batch. What goes in mixed stays mixed - right through to the finished product.
Fluid in motion transfers heat far faster than fluid sitting still. Agitation cuts heating and cooling cycle times without touching your energy setup.
In the chemical industry, agitators keep reactants in close contact throughout the reaction, which means faster conversion and fewer incomplete batches.
Solid particles settle fast in a static tank. A well-sized industrial agitator keeps them evenly distributed - no dead zones, no buildup on the tank floor.
We manufacture industrial mixers and agitators across a range of configurations – so whether your tank is open-top, deep-vessel, or needs portable mixing, there is a Premix agitator built for that exact situation.
Fitted from the top of open tanks. Delivers full top-to-bottom mixing without any modification to the vessel side wall.
Built for applications where intense mixing and particle size reduction are part of the process – not an afterthought.
Goes into deeper tanks through the vessel wall. Gives powerful mixing action without taking up headspace above the tank.
Moves between tanks as the job demands. Good fit for batch operations, seasonal production, or temporary mixing requirements.
Handles large volume tanks where low-shear, uniform mixing matters more than speed or intensity.
Industrial agitators and industrial mixers and agitators built for chemical, pharmaceutical, wastewater, and process industries – each one sized and selected for the actual application.
Before we build anything, we run CFD analysis – Computational Fluid Dynamics – to simulate exactly how fluid moves inside your tank. Most agitator suppliers skip this step. We do not, because what looks right on paper often behaves differently in a real vessel. This is especially true for chemical industry agitators, pharmaceutical reactors, and food processing tanks, where mixing directly affects what comes out the other end.
We do not pick materials from a standard list. Corrosive chemicals, abrasive slurries, high-temperature fluids – each one needs a different material call. We make that call based on your process, not our convenience.
No two tanks are the same. Diameter, height, nozzle positions, and fluid viscosity – all of it changes how an industrial agitator needs to be built. We design around your vessel, not the other way around.
Oversized impellers waste power. Undersized ones fail to mix properly. Our industrial mixers and agitators are sized to hit the right balance – enough mixing energy, nothing wasted.
Plants run shifts, not office hours. Our agitators are built for continuous duty – with bearing arrangements, seal selections, and gearbox ratings that hold up over time without frequent attention.
Our team stays involved beyond dispatch. From helping you pick the right industrial agitator configuration to documentation, installation support, and after-sales follow-up – we work the way industrial agitators manufacturers should, not the way most of them actually do.
